تري دعا سے قضا تو بدل نہيں سکتيمگر ہے اس سے يہ ممکن کہ تو بدل جائے
Your prayers can't avert decrees of Fate at all. Your Self can change, but none knows what else may befall.
تري خودي ميں اگر انقلاب ہو پيداعجب نہيں ہے کہ يہ چار سو بدل جائے
If some tremendous change, if human self e'er shines, it gains perfection's height, gets free of world's confines.
وہي شراب ، وہي ہاے و ہو رہے باقيطريق ساقي و رسم کدو بدل جائے
The wine and drunkard's cries may ever live and last the wont and way of Saqi and gourd may change too fast.
تري دعا ہے کہ ہو تيري آرزو پوري!مري دعا ہے تري آرزو بدل جائے
You beg your God to grant your cherished end and goal, I pray my God to change your wish entire and whole.
