English title: THE PSYCHOLOGY OF SLAVES
شاعر بھي ہيں پيدا ، علما بھي ، حکما بھيخالي نہيں قوموں کي غلامي کا زمانہ
The wise and bards in bondage both are born, of such births, the age of slavery is not shorn.
مقصد ہے ان اللہ کے بندوں کا مگر ايکہر ايک ہے گو شرح معاني ميں يگانہ
These men of God have merely single aim, their interpretation of verse, unique they claim.
بہتر ہے کہ شيروں کو سکھا ديں رم آہو،باقي نہ رہے شير کي شيري کا فسانہ
Much good to teach the lion timid deer's flight, none may recall the legends of lion's might.
کرتے ہيں غلاموں کو غلامي پہ رضامندتاويل مسائل کو بناتے ہيں بہانہ
They make the thralls contented with their state, they make excuses, when Faith's affairs relate.
