آ، حسن فطرت پر نظر ڈال —
تو ایک گوشے میں کیوں خلوت گزیں بیٹھا ہے۔
ترا حق داد چشم پاک بینیکہ از نورش نگاہی آفرینی
God has bestowed upon you eyes, pristine —
To foster a taste for beauty seen through His light, serene.
اللہ تعالے نے تجھے چشم پاک بیں عطا فرمائی ہے —
تا کہ تو اللہ کے نور سے ذوق نگاہ پیدا کرے۔
