ترا ای تازہ پرواز آفریدندسراپا لذت بال آزمائی
O new-fledged spirit proudly hovering! God made thee all delight upon the wing;
اے تازہ پرواز پرندے (انسان) تجھے خدا نے (صرف اس لیے) بنایا کہ تو سر سے پاؤں تک اڑان کی لذت لے ۔
ہوس ما را گران پرواز داردتو از ذوق پریدن پر گشائی
’Tis fleshly passion checks our sluggard flight, while thou ecstatic unto Heaven dost spring.
ہوس نے ہماری پرواز کوتاہ کر دی ہے ۔ اب تو اڑان کی مستی میں پر کھولتا ہے(کہ تجھ میں اڑنے کا ذوق ہے) ۔
