نہ ہر کس از محبت مایہ دار استنہ با ہر کس محبت سازگار است
Not everyone holds the treasure of love —
Nor is it favorable to every individual.
ہر شخص محبت کی دولت نہیں رکھتا نہ محبت ہر کسی کو موافق آتی ہے ۔
بروید لالہ با داغ جگر تابدل لعل بدخشان بی شرار است
The tulip blooms with a heart seared by fire —
Yet the heart of the precious ruby lacks any spark.
گل لالہ جگر چمکانے والا داغ لیے اگتا ہے ۔ مگر لعل بدخشاں کے دل میں کوئی شرارہ نہیں ہے ۔
