English title: To lose heart to some one he did not know,
دل از دست کسی بردن نداندغم اندر سینہ پروردن نداند
The heart doesn’t know taking from others’ hands or nourishing grief within the bosom;
آج کا مسلمان دل کو کسی کے ہاتھ سے چھین لینا نہیں جانتا ۔ غم (عشق) کے سینے میں پرورش کرنا نہیں جانتا ۔
دم خود را دمیدی اندر آن خاککہ غیر از خوردن و مردن نداند
you breathed your spirit unto that clay that knoweth nothing save eating and dying!
اپنی سانس کو تو نے اس مٹی (مسلمان کا جسم) میں پھونکا جو کھانے اور مر جانے کے سوا کچھ نہیں جانتا ۔
